About this spaceThis fun apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. We are located within walking distance to tons of Cocoa Village restaurants and shops, a 10-15 minute drive from Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, and a 35-40 minute drive to MCO. Enjoy the quiet backyard patio where a BBQ grill and firepit are available for your use. Day trips to Orlando are easy from here. Your hosts live next door and are happy to help, or stay out of your way depending on your needs and wants.The spaceThis private 500 sq. ft. suite features a dedicated parking spot and private entrance. Inside the unit there is one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and full refridgerator/freezer, washer/ dryer, dedicated AC unit, ceiling fan, living room, and island with seating for two. There is high-speed wifi internet and a desk in the common space of the apartment. The entrance to your unit is on the back of the house so there is a short, well-lit walk from the driveway to your main entrance. The outdoor space is shared with your hosts. We are here if you need anything, but we will respect your privacy. This is perfect for a single person or a couple for a short getaway or long-term stay.Guest accessShared space on the property is the backyard patio which includes the BBQ grill, seating area, and fire pit. (You will have private use of these, but you may see us pop out of the main house to access the shed or care for the yard/garden. The Cottage at Cocoa Village is a very nice and quiet place to relax. The cottage is located in historic Cocoa Village where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping. There is also a unique selection of places for night time fun; all walking distance from the cottage. The beach is a 15 minute drive while the Indian River is walking distance with a public boat ramp for launching your boat or kayak. House is 3 bedrooms (main has king bed and ensuite). Kitchen is fully furnished and very comfortable to cook in. Dining room has comfortable seating for 6 people. We have a great screened-in porch with ample seating and a table. We also have a fully fenced yard with a patio and secret garden feel. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and French doors out to the screened porch. The other 2 bedrooms are both roomy with queen-sized beds. House is in a wonderfully friendly but quiet neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks walk to the beautiful Indian River and great for biking into Cocoa Village (we're 3 miles south). We are located just off the Beachline Expressway (SR 528).
