Just the driveway and grass/dirt areas only. There is a Trampoline see safety rules posted at the home.Minutes from a boat launch. Great for walking or riding bikes in the area. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Heber Springs and Sandy Beach about 25 minutes away. Hiking trails in the area. Rock diving in the lake at the Dam and rentals for boats or canoes available at different marinas depending on the time of the year and at different locations around Greers Ferry Lake. Private residence upstairs so no wild parties but feel free too enjoy your stay!
