Antique shops galore provide a glimpse to the past as does this quaint little town rich in history from original German settlers.A 10 minute drive to Kerrville will take you to the Guadalupe river where you can kayak, canoe, swim or just relax by the water. Shopping, restaurants, and Starbucks are all here for those that need a city fix - you can even have Starbucks. The James Avery Visitor Center and flagship store are a must see if you are a fan. And hunters can find anything they might need here as well, including a steak and a beer after a long day of hunting.If an escape from all things is what you are looking for, the home is situated in the country on a quiet, peaceful property where you can enjoy the gentle breeze from the hills while relaxing on the front porch while waiting for the deer to make their morning and evening rounds. Build a fire inside or out and enjoy the sites and sounds of the hills without the noise of traffic or neighbors. The house is WI-FI capable for the kids and cable TV and DVDs, books and music are available for your use.
