Our living room is the perfect space to relax while reading next to the fire or watching your favorite TV programs in the plush modern leather lounge chairs. A fully stocked, state-of-the-art, kitchen with new appliances, and a convenient washer/dryer combo provide the perfect space to cook any meal. From the patio space you are only minutes away to nearby trail heads, spanning to dozens of miles of open space and only a short walk to nearby dog-friendly beach entrances. We live on the property above the cottage with our dog and are generally available in case guests require anything. We've coined this one the kids room because it's a little quieter for the kids to tuck in early!One of the many unique parts of this home is the original design. The common space of the home can be sectioned off into another private sleeping area with the sofa bed. While this area is not soundproof, you are able to close it off to the rest of the family room for sleeping and privacy.The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to all the amenities that Cayucos has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and art galleries. It is also a short drive to Morro Bay, Cambria and San Luis Obispo.
