The cottage is minutes away from Sebago Lake State Park Beach, the magnificent sights of the Naples Causeway, and the shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown Naples. However, you will feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Being a family-owned and operated cottage, you are like family when you stay with us! We recently updated the kitchen with a granite countertop and added hardwood flooring to the living room and upstairs bedroom. The deck overlooking the water has been doubled in size since 2021. The location is quiet and relaxing for families, couples, and friends reuniting. The vacation house is 1300 square feet large. The outdoor deck overlooks the 125 feet over water frontage. A small, sandy beach area is located by the river, along with a dock to swim from and to keep a power or pontoon boat. Sebago Lake is a 20-minute boat ride from the house. Boat landings are nearby. Within a few minutes by car are several marinas that rent watercrafts for personal use. You can ride to the Songo Locks, Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Frye Island by boat. You have access to the kayak and canoe with life jackets. During all four seasons, anglers of all ages fish for such species as landlocked salmon, bass, lake trout, and brook trout. The location is also less than 3 miles from an 18-hole golf course. The house rental allows free access to the Sebago Lake State Park and Beach. The State Park Beach has a sandy bottom, and its entrance is 2 miles from the house. Take your family or loved ones to a movie at the Bridgton Drive-in.
