FIRE PIT USE:- Guests must request use of this feature prior to their stay.- Hours of use for the fire pit are strictly from 6pm to 9 pm. Failure to comply with these hours will result in a $500 fine and an additional $100 per hour fine.-The fire pit requires a key to turn on. Please be very sure to use this feature with care and to turn off completely when finished. Guests assume all responsibility using this amenity. IMPORTANT: Unattended fire will result in a $500 fine and an additional $100 per hour fine should the fire be left on. POOL WATER FEATURES USE:-The pool water features (bubblers, fountains, slide, waterfall, etc) must be requested anytime between 10am and 9pm as they are turned on remotely by your host. Please also notify your host when these features are not in use and to turn off. Failure to notify host to turn off the pool features will result in a $100 per hour fine.SPA USE:-The spa features must be requested 30 minutes prior to use. Please also notify your host when these features are not in use and to turn off. Failure to notify host to turn off the spa features will result in a $100 per hour fine.POOL HEATING:The pool is heated solely by solar during the months of March to October. If desired, the use of additional pool heating features can be requested for an additional $200 per day for 8 hours max per day. The host does not guarantee a specified heat as the weather can sometimes determine how fast the pool can heat up completely. POOL, SPA, GROTTO, AND SAUNA SAFETY:-Do NOT leave children unsupervised in or around the pool.-It is not recommended to allow children in the Sauna or the Spa and Sauna is a dry sauna, no water is permitted in Sauna at any time.-Guests use the Pool, Spa, Grotto, and Sauna at their own risk.-Do NOT climb on or jump off the waterfall. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the Guest.-By booking this property, the Guest asserts that they have read and agree to the conditions regarding the risk of these amenities.PETS: A $500 fine will be charged to Guest if there is any evidence of any pet on the property unless the Host has given express written consent and a pet fee has been paid by the Guest. Truly a unique property perched atop a 2 acre vineyard with over 1,700 vines. The home layout is ideal for families or friends, with 4 bedrooms in the main house and the convenience and privacy of a separate Guest House with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom.Guests will enjoy private access to the entire property, including the house, the casita (one bedroom detached guest house) and all outdoor entertainment spaces.Other things to note:This is not a party house. No events or gatherings allowed. Also, there are no day guests allowed, over the guest count you cite on your reservation. Please just be up front with us regarding the number of guests you plan on having. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood and have a strict no noise policy between 10pm - 7am. Our neighbors are very noise sensitive and will call us or police if there is excessive noise after 9pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community.The main house is over 2,600sf with 2 shared full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. There is a small bedroom with 2 twin beds that is attached to Bedroom #2. To access the sleeping space, you must go through the bedroom #2. There is a door between the two rooms for privacy. The detached 1 bedroom guest house is approximately 600sf and located just steps from the main house. The guest house has a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a comfortable living room with a couch that converts into a twin bed for extra sleeping options. Great for extended families, friends or use as a master suite!We have beach chairs and two coolers for your use if needed.There is no street parking available. Please drive slowly on the one lane road to house. Driveway parking allows for a max of 6 cars. The vineyard was planted in early 2018, and the first harvest took place in fall of 2020. We produced our first Dickson Reserve Red Blend in June 2022 (its quite tasty!). Because it is a working vineyard, there is weekly maintenance scheduled on property.
