Welcome to the bearcamp river in beautiful Ossipee, NH. This home sits on the bearcamp river with over 5 acres to explore. You'll have access to the entire property with over 300 feet of water frontage. On the property you'll find over a mile of walking trails that lead to the river and a private beach with a fire pit area. There is plenty of space by the river to grill, lounge it to just enjoy the property. Spend your days floating down the river to Ossipee lake or fishing for rainbow trout. You also have access to snowmobile trails in the winter (directly across the street) and hiking trails throughout the area. This property is a four season rental. We are also close to skiing ,King pine is 15 minutes away.Fall foliage here is spectacular and Conway is just down the road with great shopping and restaurants. Inside you'll find a full kitchen stocked with essentials, private bedroom, living room and a futon for 2 extra guests. In the back you'll find a small fire pit for those chilly nights or summer nights! The property spans over 5 acres for you to explore and the river is located at the back of the property down marked trails where you'll find a large fire pit with seating. The home is located on a main road(route 16) but we spend most of our time at the back of the property where you can enjoy the river. July/August we rent Friday/Friday, all other months are 2 night minimum.This home is located in Tamworth with the Swift River flowing through the backyard. We have a private beach with lounge chairs, 3 hammocks and a picnic table. The river is very famous for trout fishing, kayaking and tubing. It provides a relaxing vacation getaway for grownups, kids and dogs.You can enjoy many outside activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and the summers are great for kayaking right from the backyard or just relaxing by the river with a glass of wine while dipping your toes.The house is fully equipped for your convenience, whether you want to relax on the couch and watch a movie or log into your Netflix account and binge a series. Play one of the many board games or a little competition on our foosball table or dart board.Enjoy our fully fenced in yard with an outdoor gas grill and a large table to eat outside on nice days with family or friends. In the evening relax around the outdoor firepit with plenty of seats for everyone to enjoy the fire or make some smores. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 King bedroom with crib, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Twin XL over Queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2Twins over queens.Our house is also perfect for children, we have a full-sized crib and a pack and play with mattress, highchair and a stroller available for you and a lot of games for kids to entertain them.You can cook up a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas grill on our deck. The House is located 1 mile from Remick farm, 5miles to Chocorua lake and 4 miles to white lake state park with beaches. Silver lake is also close by and is considered the cleanest and deepest lake in the NH regions.Just 20 minutes away from Conway at the entrance to Mt Washington Valley. Other 'lakes' in Madison are actually ponds. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, local attractions within minutes of the home.
