A centrally located gem where everything that is designed for a fantastic wine tasting break is within easy walking distance. Full of charm, the townhouse is two levels with the bedrooms upstairs along with a den for gaming or WFH. The primary/master bedroom is at the front with it's own bath and the second bedroom is at the back with east access to the guest bathroom. There is a compact backyard outdoor space for dining and hanging out with a BBQ for grilling. We are walking distance to several tasting rooms, restaurants and the famous Carlton Bakery. The kitchen is well laid out with an island and we also have a well stocked wine fridge. Although in the heart of town, Carlton is a quiet place and you feel like time has slowed down here. The home's TV lounge room offers a Roku streaming device and an attached half bathroom. An additional double sofa sleeper is available to host up to two more guests. Best for children or one adult. When the Cottage is booked for four guests, we make up the sofa bed and provide additional towels, and amenities for all to enjoy.The Cottage comes equipped with a washer and dryer that is available for guest use. We welcome guests traveling with up to two small dogs. The extremely private backyard is a lovely space to retreat to on those warm summer evenings.
