This is a clean one bedroom, 1 bath efficiency. It is located approximately 100 feet away from the main house, but still very private. It has everything you would need inside for light cooking. It also includes a keurig (we leave two k-cups). We do provide clean towels and linens as well. We have chickens on the property, so we provide a dozen fresh eggs, which we leave in the refrigerator. This property is very secluded on a quiet well-kept dirt road. Great place to get away for a little R&R. The place will sleep 4 guests, but it is best fit for 2. You will be snug with 4 guests.About pets:No pets allowed.Please leash on property and crate if being left.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.We don't care if you smoke- just not inside.About events:No events allowed.
