The Chickadee (Cottage #3) differs from the other two cottages, with 2 first floor bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a King bed very closet. The bunk room is stunning, with 2 craftsman built-in bunk beds and walk up steps in between. Very appropriate for adults as well as children. The kitchenette/living space is a bit larger and boasts an open floor plan with soaring ceiling. The bathroom is on-suite with the bunk room, immediately net to King room and accessible through the living area. The stand up loft is a multi use space with desk and Queen bed. The setting is private and the views from the kitchen, downstairs bedroom, and upstairs rooms are inspirational. The house has hardwood floors throughout with area rugs. It's heated and cooled with quiet, efficient heat pumps.The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and dishware--everything you need for home-cooked meals.
