We have an on-site boat slip that is just a short walk from our unit that can accommodate up to a 28’ vessel, fish-cleaning station with water/electric that is just a few steps from one of the 2 on-site pools. If fishing is what you're looking for? Some of the best fishing in SWFL can be found on the private 400-foot pier on Charlotte Harbor. You might even see some the manatees swim by the pier. Community amenities include two swimming pools, two tennis courts, two clubhouses, an on-site marina with boat launch. Lush, tropical foliage compliments this resort. There are two amazing restaurants that are minutes away from the condo.
