From the 2nd story deck you will enjoy beautiful sunsets and see for miles with views of Charlotte Harbour in the distance. A large secured storage area is provided below the home for your convenience. From the hardwood floors, flat screen TV's, granite countertops to the ceiling fans, you will find this home to have a classy yet very comfortable feel.This Bokeelia home, located on 1.3 acres, is within walking distance to Four Winds Marina, where you can rent or store your boat while you're here.
