If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $250 FEE.PETSWe just love furbabies but we ask that you please be respectful. Pick up after your dog outside and do not allow dogs on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.LONG TERM STAYSAny guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $55.MAIL POLICYNo mail or packages may be delivered to the property.NO PARTIESNo loud noises or loud music at anytime. No events, no party's, and no gatherings. Please be respectful of the other neighbors that are next door and please keep the noise level to a minimum during the hours of 10pm - 8am. $600 fine for any parties/gatherings or failure to obey quiet hours. No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party or we receive a noise complaint, we will call the authorities. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. Any unapproved guests will also result in immediate removal of the home.PARTIES IN THE HOME will be a minimum $350 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.BE RESPECTFULPlease respect that checkout is by 11AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. There will be a $50 late check out fee for check outs later than 11:30 am.The home is equipped with an outdoor surveillance camera at the front door entrance. There are no cameras inside the home.The person booking must be present for the entire stay. Extra visitors require express written consent from Host.
