With 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, it is perfect for 2 couples or a family with children. Located in the tranquil neighborhood of Surfman's Walk, it is only a short bike ride or golf cart to East Beach or Shoals Club.Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, ride to the market for coffee, and spend your days at the beach.We have a one year old so have outfitted the house to be well equipped for young families. Kid features: 2 pack and plays, a large walk in closet that fits one of the pack and plays for baby/toddlers to sleep in (completely dark with outlets for monitors), Dohm sound machines in both rooms, a high chair, and an inflatable bath tub. We also have seatbelts on the golf cart for extra safety while driving around. Additionally, if you would like help in securing a babysitter for some days or nights during your time on the island, we are happy to provide a few resources to find those. We always love having the option of an adults night out and there are tons of sweet high school + college girls on the island with their family during the summer who love to babysit. Two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a kids’ bunk room with twin bunkbed, are located in the main house. The lower level king bedroom adjoins the bunk room through a sliding barn door, perfect for families with children. It has an en suite full bath with walk-in shower. The upper level king bedroom is adjacent to a full bath with shower over tub.
