The house of S. Brás is located in the parish of Ventosa, in Vieira do Minho, occupying a land with 1. 200m2. From all the property you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape, which includes the Caniçada and Serra do Gerês. The entrance to the Peneda-Gerês National Park is within walking distance.It is a new house, modern architecture and with excellent sun exposure, boosted inside by the large glazing of rooms and bedrooms.The house presents about 280m2 of construction area, spread over two floors. On the lower floor are the living and dining rooms and the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and a laundry / storage room.
