Fusion Beachlovers Boutique Suite Villa is located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property approx. 1/2 mile west of popular Jobos beach in Isabela, PR. Our One Bedroom Boutique Suite, equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and modern amenities, private beach access & ocean facing balcony sleeps 2-4 people. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, double sinks, recessed lighting, stovetop, microwave, convection oven, coffee machine. Equipped w/everything needed to cook: plates, pans, serving dishes & utensils. Boutique Suite is equipped with high speed wi-fi, split level A/C's, high speed ceiling fans, 32" flat screen TV, large sofa, 2 Queen beds (1 in bedroom & Murphy bed that comes out of the wall in living room), both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed & high end mattress, black out curtains, large dresser, night tables, reading lamp, & large lounge chair. Two sets of double glass doors open out from the bedroom onto a large ocean facing balcony that is also accessed via the living room. Your private balcony, accessed via both the living room and/or bedroom is equipped with a loveseat, table and 4 chairs is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, reading, morning coffee, exercise, whale watching & stargazing. The villas' architectural design, high ceilings, open floor plan, ample natural lighting and designer touches throughout create an uplifting and inviting space with spectacular views and a general sense of well being to all who visit. There are four villas on the property: three are available for short term rental; owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find Fusion Floral Art, a boutique flower shop. Guests staying at Fusion Beach Villas may lounge in one of multiple outdoor areas on the property, all designed in harmony with nature to enhance peace, relaxation and a general sense of well-being. Most popular is our shaded 20x30' backyard terrace area next to the large flamboyan tree. Here you will also find an outdoor rain shower w/custom mural, bathroom, BBQ, swing, hammock and picnic areas. A wooded landscaped path leads you from the backyard to our own private beach right behind Fusion Beach Villas. From here, you can walk to popular Jobos Beach (7-8 minute walk) and surf, swim, eat lunch or dinner, sip cocktails at the bar or simply lounge on the beach and watch the surfers and action.Take fun selfies or group pics in front of one of 3 vibrant custom murals commissioned on the property. In October, a large 16' tepee was erected on the beach out back adding yet another picture perfect spot for your selfies and group pics. This majestic 16' high bamboo tepee marks the entrance from the beach to our property and is a great spot to practice meditation and/or yoga. Jobos Vacation Rentals is conveniently located right on Jobos Beach. At only a few paces or minutes by car to the best surfing spots, scuba diving, paddle board or just relax at one of our breathtaking beaches. Walk to Jobos, Pozo de Jacinto and the lovely Paseo Tablado, a boardwalk with the incredible views that surround us. Tropical restaurants with ocean views will entice your palate just steps from the Studio. View the magical and spectacular sunset while enjoying a refreshing coconut water.Private and gated property with parking, surrounded by nature, on the main road, just steps to the ocean. Guests should be comfortable with the sound of roosters, parrots, and birds that surround us. The “Pozo de Jacinto ” is right at the back of the property, and in front there is a mangrove. Sundays are usually busy at the beach and the area. Air conditioned, 42" smart tv, wifi, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, queen size bed, dining area, water heater, surf racks, outdoor shower, private gazebo with 2 hammocks, swing bench, bistro set, and a swing with a lovely view of the gardens on the front yard. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contanimation. We clean the studio using expensive cleaning checklists. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.There are 2 vacation rentals apartments on the property. Each apartment with independent entrance, and each has its own private gazebo. The property was designed with privacy in mind.
