We were on our anniversary staycation, and for the first time in all the places we’ve stayed at (and we love to travel and stayed in cheaper places), I woke up with a cockroach bite on my eye. I wouldnt’ve posted a review but it still hurts, I can’t scratch my eye and it’s been heavy so it hurts and I can’t work right since, and I do online work, so it’s been hard :( the facilities are good. The food is expensive, not much of a selection, but I hope they clean better. I told the reception and pointed to my eye, they gave us an hour extension for checkout, which isn’t really special, or compensates for the damages their poor cleaning did :/

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . We stayed May 1,8 & 9 in room 3033

我和我的男朋友去 Midori 慶祝他的生日。整體體驗很好。房間真的很寬敞而且設備齊全。工作人員非常樂於助人而且友好。他們的食物很棒（甚至我們從他們的麵包店外賣的糕點）。我們也有機會嘗試他們的水療中心，非常放鬆。他們的********雖然規模不大，但是裝備精良。我們認為需要改進的一件事是他們的停車。他們的停車位有限，步行到酒店需要相當長的時間。如果時間允許的話一定會回來:)

It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. The room is really nice I loved the neutral colors and it was very spacious. The room service was great as well as the hotel cleaning service. Angelica cleaned my room two days in a row & was kind & polite. One time she cleaned my room while I was in there and we had good conversation as well as she taught me Tagalog. She was awesome.

Swissotel Clark for me is the best hotel up north. The hotel itself is incredible. Well maintained and managed. Complete with such useful amenities like the gym and their state of the art pool area. They have variety of restaurants one can enjoy good food and ambiance. One of which is the MARKT, where breakfast is served. Food here are prepared right in front of you or you can simply choose what you want from the array of choices freshly cooked and served. But the best part is , as far as I am concerned, are the people manning the front desk…the duty managers and their team. Special shout out to SHERYL, who was present to give me and my family a warm welcome. This kind gesture truly made up for the 2 hours of traffic our family endured because of the heavy downpour going to Clark.Likewise, to Ethiel, who attended our check in. Overall, we had another wonderful stay in Swissotel. Their brand of hospitality is world class,

酒店入住後才發現旁邊是**。設施很新，但是服務水平有限，餐飲水平除中餐廳可圈可點之外都不高。酒店房間的機電沒有做好。

我們真的很幸運,我們在菲律賓呂宋發現了最好的祕密,它在潘潘加克拉克市!雷迪森祕密的公園客棧讓我們第二次回來是他們訓練有素的酒店工作人員!從警衛到女服務員,幾乎所有的員工都非常尊重和注意每個客人的需求。前台總是開朗高效。餐廳工作人員細心快捷。搬運工和貨車司機非常樂於助人和周到。當你訪問這家酒店時,要求這些人員:前台= Rem, Angel, Ace 和 James, ad Maren ;餐廳= Dion , Kido , AJ , Randy 和 Jessie ;房間清潔= Richard , Edward & Kevin ;包=約翰這些員工不僅在分配的任務上盡了最大的努力,而且他們還承擔了多項任務。我和丈夫觀察了他們一週的表演,因爲我們在美國弗吉尼亞州也擁有我們的住宿設施。也感動了我們,黎明時分退房時,一個三明治,新鮮水果和現煮咖啡等我們一起去機場旅行。現在這是一個一流的客戶服務!最後,我想提一下每天供應的食物陣列,考慮周全,非常吸引人。感謝廚師-每次都越來越好!臥室太舒服了,我丈夫想整天呆在裏面!對於那些入住,請務必要求在您退房時將收取的押金清到您的信用卡上。我和我的家人肯定會計劃在訪問呂宋地區的親戚時將此住宿設施作爲我們的家。保持優秀的專業培訓Radisson!!!

優點: -負擔得起的價格 缺點: -沒有維護 -房間有鏽跡 -別墅外,甚至在我們的房間(CR)內,千足蟲(人類)很多!!!!!!-高草;不維護 -難以在晚上找到我們的別墅號碼(前面沒有聚光燈) -沒有拖鞋 -沒有浴袍 -300比索每人入場費(成人和孩子),如果你使用溫泉(但請注意,溫泉或溫泉池甚至不工作/在維護中。水不乾淨/不維護(很多落葉等) - 集中式空調(所以如果你想在下午更涼爽的房間,他們對此無能爲力) -低壓水;有時,只有很少滴 -冷熱水淋浴故障 -我希望(菲律賓早餐)daing na bangus沒有骨頭 -滑梯/水上樂園正在維護中(我希望他們可以在Agoda或官方網站上張貼頭或筆記) - 50比索額外枕頭 - 別墅內無可用wifi/互聯網 - 很少工作人員

Very affordable accommodation for 3BR unit and the location is close to restaurants and ******. We will surely go back to this place.
