「They have great experience with the hotel. It’s easily accessible to the market and nearby establishments.」

「The room is suitable for families (we are 5) with enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable, and the bed sheets and towels were clean, although the towels looked a bit worn and were not the quality I expected. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with a hot shower. One thing to note is that there is ongoing renovation work and the construction noise can be heard from inside the room. The rooms are also not very soundproof, so you may hear other guests walking or talking in the corridor. On the positive side, the restaurant was excellent and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers. Just don't expect luxury amenities or a staycation type experience. It's a good option if you're mainly looking for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring the area.」

「It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. Thank you Chateau De Maisons for the great, amazing stay at your hotel.」

「Although the beds were clean, the rooms looked grubby & dated. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay, no bottles of drinking water provided, so it lacked the basics you'd expect from a hotel in PH these days」

「This hotel is best whether you are a business traveler or traveling for leisure. Clean and quiet. The service is perfect too.」
