Tucked into the hillside, with perfect views of Montepulciano, the house consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you find a central living room with a fireplace. From the living room, you have access to the three bedrooms: one double, and two twins. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (with shower). One bathroom (with bathtub) is separate.Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which features a large kitchen/dining room with a fireplace for barbecuing. Off the kitchen is one of the terraces, equipped with an iron table and chairs. Another terrace, shaded by a pair of old oak trees, overlooks the valley. Period furniture and decor, belonging to the owner's family, are found throughout the house. There are sun chairs for lounging outside.The house fully accommodates a maximum of six people.
