Apartment of 90 sqm on the first floor of the villa. Entrance to the apartment from the garden on the west side of the house. You reach the living room via two steps. In front of this entrance is a 100 year old oak tree, under which there is a swing sofa with comfortable pillows. In the garden of the apartment there are also wrought iron chairs, four deck chairs, a grill and an outdoor shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a fireplace and on the left you will find the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and both Italian mocha and filter coffee machines. Between the fireplace and the cooking area is a table for 8 people. From the living room you can go to the covered terrace, under the shade of the green chestnut tree, ideal for alfresco dining, to the terrace, which is furnished with a marble table and wrought-iron chairs and a sofa with comfortable pillows. The living room leads to the two bedrooms (one with an extra bed) with its own bathroom.
