It is our intention to keep the level of cleanliness of the apartment and of the garden high, so we ask for your cooperation in respecting these simple rules of good manners.POWER SUPPLY: as required for civil houses, the maximum allowed power supply is 3 KW. Exceeding this limit will cause a black out. To avoid this, please do not use all the electrical devices such Washing Machine / Oven / Dishwasher / Hair dryer / Air conditioning altogether Upon check-in you will be required to present the identity document and /or passport for all the guests and to sign a brief lease contract.It's strictly forbidden to smoke inside. Smoke detectors are on.
