「The rooms were good, the pool was good. Just that the restaurant service wasn’t good. We had to wait for an hour to get the food that we ordered and staff denied to serve the food at room so we had to sit at restaurant although we saw that they delivered the food into room for others. And the water they provided wasn’t in the packed bottle, they were refilling the old bottles with the water and it wasn’t clean. Where’s my discount coupon?」

「बहुत ही सुन्दर और well settled स्ट्रक्चर और बेहतरीन concept के साथ well डिज़ाइन होटल रिसोर्ट को बनाया गया है जो एक बार यहाँ आ जाये वो दोबारा यहाँ आने से अपने आप को रोक नही सकता. यहाँ का view खाना सर्विस रूम की साफ सफाई बहुत ही एक्सीलेंट है. एक बार जो बाँधवगढ़ के इस होटल मे जो आ जाये दोबारा किसी अन्य होटल को choose ही नही कर सकता」

「The resort is well managed and well staffed. We have previously stayed at some other properties and in comparison, this resort was well managed, clean and staff was prompt. My only problem is that the billing was not fair at the property. We had taken room with breakfast plan. We ordered lunch and dinner outside our plan for 2 days of our stay. During checkout, the bill which was handed out was very very overpriced and not authentic. I wish i could upload the final bill which were handed over for clarity of others. This spoiled our experience towards the end. I would still recommend the resort for stay but would advice to be careful with the billing. I hope the managerial team takes the criticism into account」
