訪訪客用戶The hotel was very clean, the room looked like in the pictures, and the breakfast and dinners we had were very good. However some of the staff were not very friendly, although they were professional, and our room did not have a window, which considering there is no dining room and you need to eat where you sleep, is not very nice. However i would probably stay here again.
SSujay MehdudiaGolden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.
