「除了周邊環境不好，其他的都很好。酒店的餐很不錯，適合大眾口味，並沒有很本土化。還有日料餐廳，酒店房間也很大。算是周邊比較好的酒店。」

「I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.」

「I am visiting pune from last 25 years, and stayed in countless hotels, but only very few of are remained in my memory, little mastiff is one of them. Rooms were clean, and spacious. And location is just perfect for nature lovers, because bird valley garden and lake is only few steps away. The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, mr. Prasad, kritesh see & pad-ma from front desk, mr. Hemchandra kandpal from restaurant are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional mr. Raju wars e & mr. Amol. At last i want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. Food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. Overall my experience of staying in hotel was superb. I will give it 5 out 5. Ashok jugran dehradun (uttarakhand)」
