「Beautiful resort themed hotel. It was very nice stay. We love the pool. Only cons we faced is location, far from major landmarks but we managed to hire motorbike from hotel (50K/day) and able to commute around. 」

「We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better.」

「Kamar mandi bau, airnya kadang kecil, tp air panasnya bekerja dengan baik. Penerangan kamar kurang shg kamar terkesan seram. Fasilitas kamar cukup lengkap ada toiletris dan coffee maker, tapi kami mendapatkan sprei kami berlubang dan tancapan listriknya tidak banyak/tersembunyi. Di dalam kamar cukup bersih tapi fasilitas di luar kamar spt kurang terawat, air kolam renangnya berwarna hijau jadi mikir lagi mau berenang. Untuk lokasi cukup baik dekat dengan banyak pusat oleh2, cocoknya utk hari terakhir sj sebelum ke bandara.」

「房東人超級好，叫stepheny，服務員有個叫andy，也很熱情。房間很乾凈，在那麼熱的地方沒有蟲子，每天早餐有免費麪和煎蛋，很好吃。然後好像是房東弟弟可以提供出去浮潛和玩的服務，價格很便宜，人也超好。我們最後一天手機掉海裏壞了，但是他借了手機給我們還把視頻和照片烤'U'盤裡給我們了\^O^/」

「Шикарный отель: тишина и благодать. Из-за того, что подъездная дорога немного сложная - немного посетителей, но расположение уникальное: совсем близко расположены острова для снорклинга, буквально метров 300. Стафф услужливый, в номерах чисто, в ресторане есть европейская кухня. Райское место. Выше всяких похвал, оценка 5 из 5.」
