「The basics are there, but with a lot of room for improvements. The rooms soundproofing are awful. We can hear the neighbours shower. We can hear the ambience music in the corridor (btw, whose idea is it to play LOUD ambience music in the corridor?). We can hear the people who are hear for a corporate event. The breakfast was decent for the price paid. The shower took a while to heat up. And no tissues were provided. The only thing we commend is the international socket that came in real handy. Overall an average stay.」

「這是我們第二次在吃早餐時找不到座位。空調早餐室無法容納想要吃早餐的客人。我們想被轉移到戶外區域，但是我們拒絕了，因為我們帶著小孩，在外面吃飯會和吸煙者混在一起。裡面的房間有座位，但是不能使用，因為這些座位是「預留」的。請要求 Santika 檢查早餐室/餐廳，以便可以容納想要用餐的客人。」
