The apartment is situated directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront within the basement of a historic Grade II listed house. The house was built by James Burton, the original architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained and has been newly refurbished throughout.The front door opens into the lounge, with a wood burning stove available for guests to use during the colder months.There is a smart TV and a bluetooth speaker.The bedroom is a romantic and calm retreat and very quiet.The bed is king sized and made from orthopaedic memory foam, the bedding is pure cotton.
