This property is best suited for up to five people but can accommodate up to six (6 people max).The Old Unity Fuse Works is situated in a very popular area for walkers, sightseers, cyclists and surfers alike. It is situated on the Coast to Coast Cycle Path from Portreath to Deveron which is connected to the Mineral Tramways having National Heritage status and offering a wealth of Historic Cornish Countryside to explore. Annual Surf Competitions are held at Portreath, Porthtowan and neighbouring beaches, which are within an easy drive. Stithians Lake situated 5 miles away offers other watersports facilities including windsurfing, canoeing, jet skiing, etc. Its ideal location, with easy access to the A30, offers direct routes to Truro, St Ives, Penzance, Hayle, Newquay and the popular boating capital of Falmouth.
