「單間很一般，窗戶是單層玻璃的，而且很大，除了金屬管道外看不到任何景色。 有時很吵，我有殘疾，很容易感冒，但我太冷了，我要求接待處把暖氣開到最大，但沒有成功，他們給了我第二床被子，但我整晚都冷得要命。 電視原本不能用，但在詢問接待處後得到了解決，接待人員非常友善。 如果您喜歡廁所/淋浴的隱私，那麼這裡不適合您，因為只有透明的玻璃門。 淋浴不能用。」

「即使我是半夜才到達的，入住手續也很簡單又快速。乾淨的房間和舒適的床。很安靜。泡茶和咖啡的設施很好。地理位置優越，靠近火車站、波特曼路體育場和市中心。步行即可到達 Sainsbury’s 商店，這也很有幫助。沒有時間去酒吧，但它看起來很熱鬧，很受歡迎。」

「Quite a wacky, quirky hotel- which we love! The main hotel is unique and fab, but the rooms are tired and outdated and could be cleaned to a higher standard. The tap water is not drinkable, so more drinking water also needs to be provided and accessible in double and twin rooms- one bottle for two people is not enough. When phoning reception to request two bottles of water, we were still only given one and the empty bottle we had was also weirdly and awkwardly requested and collected at our door first, before we were allowed more water, which was then bought separately and left outside the room? Just a little odd when they have to provide drinking water. A great location hotel though and we actually love the extravagant, crazy style of the main hotel and have been back 3 times and would stay again when in the area for work. You have to see it to believe it!」

「Situated very close to Ipswich train station. A very warm welcome by the owner. My room was at the front and there is a bit of train noise, but this didn't bother me. The room was spotless and very neatly presented. The shared bathroom seemed clean too.」
