海景優美的愉快住宿 總的來說,一切都令人滿意。然而,在辦理入住時,工作人員最初將我們的預訂誤認爲是四人,沒有早餐。爬上狹窄的樓梯到頂樓後,我們意識到房間只有四位客人的牀。 工作人員重新檢查了預訂,然後給了我們五個人的正確房間,含早餐,雖然混搭和換房不方便,但問題解決了。我們的房間可以看到美麗的濱海和大海,我們非常感謝。早餐也很愉快,我們其餘的住宿都很愉快。

I had a really enjoyable stay at the Carlton Hotel in Folkestone. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the town and the seafront, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel has a traditional feel, which gives it plenty of character, and overall I found it to be good value for money. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the whole stay was hassle-free. I’d happily stay at the Carlton again if I’m back in Folkestone and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location.
