Staff is nice and so tidy and neat, the hotel facilities are in good conditions and everything is good except need driving to Berk for dining.

The Arras Ibis Styles was the last hotel on our driving 'Tour de France' during May, we stopped at hotel/Logis in Normandy, Angers, Bordeaux, Narbonne, Lyon and Dijon, my wife and I both agreed that the Arras Ibis Styles hotel is perfect, its style, decor, public areas are superb, breakfast choice and service were perfect, however what makes the hotel perfect is the staff, all staff were excellent but the lady receptionist who checked us in arrived back at work while we had an early breakfast with a big smile on her face, this speaks volumes to us, please pass on thanks to all staff

Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price. No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

Lovely hotel. Although the staff were extremely friendly at reception, there was an issue with them saying I hadn’t paid and I had paid directly through Trip.com, there was no questions on checking out and just had to pay the city tax. Lovely big room which had an upstairs and balcony, think it was a family room as beds upstairs. Be warned the bath is very high and I fell out of the bath because I am short! Even my partner who is over 6 foot said it was high. Very clean, nice bar staff at bar. Swimming pool is nice but did get extremely busy. It is quite a walk from from the town 15-20 mins. Would go back and stay again.

我選擇這家酒店是因為它地理位置優越，靠近海峽隧道。開車大概5分鐘。唯一的問題是入住的時候。我開了7個小時的車，累得要命，卻被告知我的預訂還沒付款！我已經付了100%的錢，而且我有收據可以給他們看，但他們花了大約半個小時才看到trip.com已經把錢匯了過來。這時我累得快要哭了，只想回房間。考慮到他們兩個都說法語，我也完全聽不懂他們在說什麼，這真的很緊張。我給trip.com發了訊息，他們非常樂於助人，幾分鐘後就解決了問題，所以我真希望一開始就這麼做，但當時我不確定問題是什麼，因為聽不懂他們說的話。我後面還有一對夫婦也遇到了同樣的問題。等我克服了這個問題之後，飯店本身就很好了。我回到接待處，那位女士非常熱心地幫我指路等等。我沒有吃早餐，所以無法評論，但我花了幾歐元從他們的機器裡買了一杯熱巧克力，感覺很棒。房間很小，但這對我來說並不麻煩，因為只是第二天出發前的地方，可以睡一晚。我還會再住在這裡，因為去香奈兒隧道很方便。

The room was clean but shabby, with paint scratches. The bed was large and comfortable. The ambient temperature was fine. The bathroom was clean but the towels were very thin and the shower, toilet and sink did not flow away quickly or flush properly. The entry self service computer did not recognise my reservation number. We were not the first to have this problem. There was a helpful reception staff on the intercom, but after that, we each experienced many problems accessing the hotel door and our room door. Many guests seem to have the same issues. Our room was near the sliding doors, which were quite noisy. It's a big complex and near to a pleasant selection of restaurants. We would not book a B&B hotel again. There are many other more pleasant, welcoming and economic hotels on a busy route.
