霍茲納約有WiFi的飯店

The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

公寓視野驚豔田野,很安靜,很乾淨,大特大牀超級舒服,套間按摩浴缸很精彩。不過與主酒店完全隔離,所以我們需要去戶外吃早餐,餐廳和退房。有點喧囂,因爲我們退房時下大雨。很難同時管理所有的行李,垃圾箱包和雨傘。雖然公寓房費比Hotel Spa Villa高很多,但我們的服務和設施較少。例如,家政服務不包括在內,所以我們需要自己把垃圾箱扔到戶外的收集點。因此,熱游泳池比Spa別墅小得多,比公共游泳池更擁擠,特別是在週末有很多家庭和孩子。所有孩子都喜歡使用成人游泳池而不是孩子的游泳池!不物有所值。我們要求退房當天早上7點打包早餐,因爲我們有早班機,其中一名工作人員拒絕了,說要按照8-11am的餐廳時間表。第二天,我們問了另一位女士,瑞秋,她非常善良和樂於助人,她與咖啡館溝通,並在早上7點爲我們安排了帶雞蛋,咖啡,水和水果的早餐。Rachel很棒,酒店需要更多的員工,比如她,她提供了最好的客戶服務。

Hotel con ristorante e bar. Tante le persone che hanno scelto questa struttura sia per mangiare che per dormire. I letti erano molto comodi, silenziosa è stata la notte. Per la colazione si trovano varie proposte dal pane tostato classico alle buone torte fatte in casa. Consigliato!!!
