「The reception and the flat service were great! The flat is very tidy, clean and cosy. Better than on the pictures. The only thing missing is the blinds on two of the upper skylights, which would be nice and appropriate to retrofit. We would like to come a」

「A very nice resort right on the lake. The playground was very popular with the children. You can start great bike rides around the lake. Bicycles and other equipment can be rented on site. The staff were very accommodating. The cottage was very spacious.」

For shared use: property 12'000 m2 with meadow. Children's playground (swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the complex: WiFi, table tennis, trampoline. Parking. Supermarket 13 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Verchen Gemeinde" 750 m, railway station "Demmin" 14 km, sandy beach "Kummerower See" 100 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. 4-room house 135 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Bath/WC. Electric heating, underfloor heating. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Backyard is fenced.
「A very nice quiet resort. Perfect for small but also larger children. The welcome on site was also very nice and someone was always there if you had a question or wanted to rent a bike etc. Prices also great. The houses are very well located, a short walk」
