The holiday home is in a quiet location in a holiday home area at the Gut Düneburg golf park (18-hole course). It is not far to the Dankernsee and holiday center Schloss Dankern, on foot about 1.2 km (10 - 15 minutes), and the city center of Haren / Ems is not far (about 2 km). Haren is a state-approved resort on the Dutch border (about 10km), the city is known for its steady growth, its shipping history, ... well beyond the Emsland. You will find plenty of leisure opportunities: exit with the passenger ship Amisia, mill and shipping museum, Dankernsee with a wide sandy beach, water ski facility, beach bistro, boat rental, diving school, seabob rental, ...
