「Almost in the middle of no where! I booked here as it was closest place I could find to the Messe」

「The room was small but clean. There were no small chops or water available in the room. We arrived at 10pm and had nothing to eat until morning.」

「The location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.」
