We set up this apartment very fresh in autumn 2017. The approximately 76 sqm bright 2-room apartment on the ground floor is spacious. It is modernly furnished, fully equipped and lovingly decorated. Located on the grounds of the golf residence, it offers both tranquility and a beautiful view of nature as well as being close to the beach and the center. The apartment has both a northwest and a southeast terrace (with a beach chair). The complex has a pool and a sauna.Grömitz is a vacation paradise for athletes, nature lovers and beach vacationers. The kilometer-long sandy beach offers relaxation for bathers, families and walkers. Not only water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth on the southern beach - here is also a popular meeting place for beach volleyball players. Comfortable apartment for a maximum of 4 people in a modern residential complex built in 1997. In addition to a generously combined living / dining area, you can expect a modern fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher and microwave as well as a spacious bathroom. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. A flat screen TV (32 inches) is installed in the living room. Starting from the living room there is a balcony facing south / west. A parking space for your car is right in front of the house. For cozy evenings in the colder seasons we have a small collection of books and DVDs. An internet flat rate is also available (please bring your own computer).
