The 2019 newly built, approx.40m² holiday home is located in the Vineta town of Barth, with a 5-minute walk to the center and the harbor on the bay.It is 10 km to the Baltic Sea and these can also be easily reached by bike or boat.In the house there is an open kitchen with adjoining living area incl. Flat screen TV and fireplace corner. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge incl. Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove incl. Oven, kettle, coffee machine. A separate bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom incl. Shower and washing machine are available on the ground floor.
