海景房間，景色不錯，就是週末樓下酒吧有點吵，服務和房間衞生都還行，就是餐廳裏到處是蒼蠅飛，他們都已經習慣和蒼蠅共進晚餐，早餐蒼蠅少些，估計是還沒起床

I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying! 1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. 房間寬大，佈局不錯，陽枱面向大海，感覺很棒！前台彬彬有禮，指引貼心仔細。酒店整體佈局寬敞明亮，很有設計感，尤其大堂的水廊讓人印象深刻。早餐很豐盛，服務人員態度熱情，就餐環境舒適怡人。印象深刻的是，酒店的總經理還給房間送來了一瓶朗姆酒，讓人感受到備至的關懷。在古巴當前物質環境如此匱乏的情況下，酒店為維護客人的良好感受而做出的努力，使人深受感動。 美中不足的是，酒店廊道上有個別地磚鬆動，踩到時有不適。另外建議房間配拖鞋，方便客人進出泳池。

Lo que más me interesa es que me atiendan bien. Y la Suecia fue excelente. Estados corta pero placentera. Volveremos

發黴+臨街吵鬧+設施陳舊=不推薦！！！ 220V電壓但需要轉換插頭！！ 早餐算是唯一的亮點，符合國內四星標準，我不明白這個酒店谷歌4.6評分怎麼來的…… 當地華人導遊老城區衹推薦馬路對面的凱賓斯基，或者新城區衹推薦西班牙公司管理的MELIA，古巴全境其它所有酒店都是軍方管理的國企。 房間黴味瀰漫有蟑螂，開窗通風又是滿街老爺車的汽油味道，關鍵隔音還差晚上馬路上經常有人唱歌打鬧，睡眠質量無法保證！ 洗澡水壓挺足但沒有拖鞋、沒有護髮素、沒有熱水壺提供……如果不是衝著它有聯通房，不會預訂這裏，以後再也不會去了，老老實實定凱賓斯基

El Hotel Capri es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en La Habana, Cuba. Su ubicación es excelente, cerca del malecón y rodeado de restaurantes con diversas opciones de comida y precios para diferentes presupuestos. El servicio del hotel en general fue bueno, aunque, desafortunadamente, no todos los empleados mostraron la mejor disposición y atención. Por ejemplo, al llegar al restaurante el primer día, la atención que nos brindó la persona que nos atendió no fue la esperada. La comida del hotel es de buena calidad, pero la variedad es limitada, lo que nos llevó a decidir tomar almuerzos y cenas en restaurantes fuera del hotel durante los días siguientes. Sin embargo, el desayuno es bueno y variado. El servicio de internet fue bastante bueno. Es justo mencionar que otros empleados del hotel fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. En general, nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Capri fue satisfactoria.

Ну в меру убитый отель. Сломался унитаз благо не критично. Резиновая еда как везде на Кубе. Очень долго ждать свой включенный ужин. Ведало хороший район как по мне. До центра 10 уе на такси. Варят вкусный кофе. Полотенцев в достатке. А да !!! Ночью лают собаки ! Всю ночь . Каждую ночь … Карточки от номеров исправно размагничиваются каждый день.

算是為數不多的哈瓦那藝術酒店吧。

Мы жили в номере люкс. Номер отличный, просторный, с высоченными потолками, обставлен в неоколониальном стиле, с окнами в пол, ведущими на балкон. Номером, душевой комнатой, чистотой очень довольны. Завтраки, возможно, более скромные, чем мы ожидали, судя по отзывам, но нам вполне хватало: омлет с овощами, свежие помидоры, ветчина, сыр, тосты, сливочное масло, джем, кофе, фрукты. Отель в целом оставляет приятное впечатление: свежий ремонт, зеленый внутренний дворик. Расположен примерно в километре от бульвара Прадо. То есть от исторической части Гаваны добираться до отеля нужно по районам, в которых живут гаванцы со всем присущим этим местам колоритом. Мы предпочитали ходить через набережную, тем более что улица, на которой стоит отель, выходит прямиком на Малекон. С теплотой вспоминаем доброжелательную хозяйку отеля и её помощницу-дочку Бренду. Спасибо за радушный приём!

像國內經濟性賓館條件，當然價格也便宜。受不了床品差的就慎重。但地理位置絕佳。
