「Pros: -Nice pool area -Comfy bed and pillows -Rainshower with great water pressure -Good WiFi in the room -Within walking distance of the main street (15 min) -Yoga and other activities included -Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere (except when they do barbecue/pool party on Saturdays) Cons: -Lack of air con/ceiling fan in the room -More attention to detail needed (e.g: terrace bench cracked and terrace chairs/table quite tired) -Amenities (soap, etc) could be better -No place to put the suitcases other than the floor, and very little space for clothes -Lack of TV could be a con for some -Breakfast buffet could be more varied and of better quality Overall a good stay!」

「整齊乾淨但房間跟床非常小，房間沒有吹風機需要到櫃檯抵押護照租借。淋浴空間跟廁所是分開的，熱水需要等非常久並且水量挺小的」

「位置很好。入口左側有一條通往接待處的通道，如果您有行李，可以使用它。 工作人員也很友好。我住的是 3 號房間，很吵，因為它靠近酒吧（供應早餐的地方）和接待處。」

「這個酒店太棒了！是我最近半年來住的最滿意的酒店。 1.位置好。酒店離市中心10分鐘步行路程。 2.安靜。沒有噪音。3 .環境好。酒店裡的結構如同在別墅小區，環境優美。 4.乾淨。進到房間酒店的毛巾和被子床單都潔白如雪，乾淨至極，賞心悦目。 5.服務好。酒店前台和餐廳工作人員服務熱忱。 6.人性化。我的飛機是下午3點半，打電話到前台申請下午2點退房，前台答應並告訴我下午四點前退房就可以。哇塞，這麼人性化，這麼給與便利的啊，太開心了。謝謝攜程和酒店，讓我非常滿意。」

「Hôtel vraiment incroyable, la chambre et la salle de bain sont absolument canons. Mais ça ne vaut pas le prix que l’on a payé. Il n’y avait qu’une piscine sur les 5 qui était chauffée et c’était la plus petite. Tout était payant et assez cher. Et la nourriture du restaurant n’était pas du tout à la hauteur de ce à quoi on aurait pu s’attendre. On a été un peu déçus de cela.. Et hôtel à 20mn à pieds du centre, information à prendre en compte au moment de la réservation.」

「性價比一般的酒店，店主不會英語，衹能西班牙語溝通，面對面即使用翻譯較件也理解困難，平時也大多用WhatsApp。另外酒店寫着提供早歺，時間是8點到9點半，遇到凌晨就出門的tour,根本吃不上。帶廚房的房間沒有配備微波爐不太方便。酒店位置離旅遊商業街需要步行10分鐘。」

「I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they did me earlier check in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, offering a variety of breakfast options like omelette, sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, sweets . The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport to go to San Pedro de Atacama and lots of Peruvian/Bolivian restaurants. Overall, the Ibis Hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.」
