A Bose Bluetooth speaker to stream your music. The downstairs recreational area is equipped with a latest 75" TV with a sound bar and subwoofer. Experience your movies in theatre sound or just listen to music using Bluetooth. It also is equipped with a beautiful full leather recliners and a table tennis table. The wrap around patio is equipped with a BBQ station with a BBQ machine, a cutting and washing station, an outdoor fridge and out door conversational furniture to let you relax, breathe in the fresh air, taken in the sun and just enjoy the beautiful view of the South river.There is also a fire pit to relax and spend festive nights outside.
