Polomar Gardens is a stylish, spacious holiday home in beautiful landscaped gardens with a large pool and extensive decking area just 4 minutes walk from Mullins beach. It is suitable for families or parties. Very flexible self catering accommodation. The house is available in a 4 or 6 bedroom format. The newly refurbished main house comprises of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a new kitchen. There is a separate newly built cottage containing a further two double bedrooms and bathrooms with a separate luxurious living room and kitchen.This is an ideal property for two couples sharing and all children’s paraphernalia is already on-site as the owners have two small children (toys, high-chairs etc!). The Apartment is well equipped with a modern Italian kitchen ,and two recently refurbished bathrooms .Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans . The Apartment is secured with wrought iron so doors and windows can be left open to enjoy the ocean breeze.There is a large lounge: Dining Room which opens fully onto a Double Balcony ,overlooking the garden and resort size pool . The main bedroom has en-suite Bathroom there is a second Bathroom in the hallway both have electronic safes .The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer ,microwave ,oven ,hob dishwasher and small appliances .Full time housekeeper onsite and Laundry Facilities are in a separate building , private car park out front . Mullins Beach is a 4 minute walk down the road .
