Put your feet up and take in the view from the large deck or wind down and relax fireside. A convenient 10 minute drive to The Great Northern Trading Post at Laguna for coffee, fresh bread, wines and Providore and a further 10 minutes to historic Wollombi village and its fabulous rustic Pub, small convenience store and pretty Wollombi Brook walk.A spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceiling greets you with large picture windows, inviting you to enjoy the quiet rural surroundings and providing cool breezes in summer, whilst a large crackling fire warms in winter. The home is split level with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs which can accommodate up to 10 people. There are two large bathrooms, both with shower, bath and toilet. A gorgeous large sundrenched deck spans the house equipped with BBQ and tables.
