The property is located 0.8km, a short stroll to Smith's Beach. It has two storeys and has a large back yard with a native garden that attracts native birds. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The main bedroom is upstairs and has an ensuite and balcony overlooking the area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom between the two downstairs bedrooms. It has a large lounge area downstairs. The kitchen and main living area are located on the first floor. This living area is complete with a lounge suite, TV, video, DVD player, stereo and dining area. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably. The home has a split system air-conditioned/heater for your comfort both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully set up with with crockery, cutlery, gas hotplate, an electric fan forced oven, microwave and a dishwasher. There are a wide selection of condiments and basic cooking needs such as flour, sugar, tea and coffee.The extensive decking off the lounge room has a gas BBQ available.
