The space is compact but comfortable with a snug lounge area featuring a wall mounted TV and sound system in front of the super comfy and award winning Emma sofa bed couch. The sofa folds out to to be a surprisingly comfortable queen bed. Perfect for kids or seperate sleeping arrangement. The space is heated and cooled with a powerful split system unit for all seasons. The main Queen bed is situated in the middle of the room and boasts large bedside tables and bed frame to give a further sense of space and comfort. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer for your stay.Please note there is a small detached studio at end of the driveway at the rear of the property which on occasion does have guests.
