Oceana is located in a secluded street and is 12 minutes walk to Avalon village [shops, cinema, art gallery, supermarket, bakeries, spa and massage shops], 15 minutes walk to Avalon Beach, 6 minutes walk to Avalon Golf Course and 6 minutes walk to Bilgola Beach. There is a huge ocean facing terrace, 1 x 8 seater dining table, 1 x 6 seater outdoor dining table, 2 smart TVs, a fire pit, BBQ, pizza oven, coffee machine, coffee pod machine, soda stream, sonos sound system, air conditioning, woodfire, underfloor heating and air conditioning. The master bedroom suite has a kitchette/ lounge area and a separate entrance. There are 4 pushbikes, tennis and pickelball gear, 3 boogie boards and other sports items.Oceana is beautifully appointed. Note that the 5th bedroom is the studio [1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds] which is detached from the house [10 steps away] and it does not have a bathroom or toilet.
