Quiet place nestled in the woods. Sand and beach grass in the back yard. On 3.5 acres. 1.5 miles from the closest park on Lake Michigan, and 2.5 miles from the nearest boat launch. The property is close to grocery and party stores great dining near by. Live bands at a local spot on the weekends in the summer 2 miles away! Go see the sunset on Lake Michigan. Local wildlife includes Deer, wild turkey, hummingbirds, an eagle every now and then! Sit out on the back deck and have coffee in the morning and listen to all the birds chirping. Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!The space3 bedrooms (king-2nd floor, queen-main floor with twin pull out loveseat, full over full bunk bed w/twin trundle 2nd-floor). 2 full bathrooms. Main floor bathroom has single stall shower and upstairs bath has tub with shower.
