Newly renovated Studio basement apartment located 1.6 miles from downtown Jasper GA. Less than 10 minutes from major highways, shopping and restaurants. We are located within 30 minutes of many wedding venues, such as the Wheeler House, The Tate House, Ivey & Oak, The Barn at Tatum Acres and many others.North Georgia has many activities for all around family fun, including vineyards, waterfalls, hiking, festivals and fall foliage.Self check in via keypad. (Code is provided one day before check in )* Checking out - guests are only required to turn off the lights. No other actions are necessary.* The inside of the home has no stairs, but there are steps that will be taken to get from the upper driveway down to the basement level. Please use caution when taking the stairs. * Parking is provided in the driveway. Only 2 cars is allowed when booking this unit and must park on far right side of the driveway. * Make sure to review the check-in instructions and directions before arrival to ensure you have the directions on getting to the home, where to park and how to access the unit.* Kitchenette stocked with basic plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Includes a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K cups and sugar. We also provide a toaster, microwave and fridge. There is no stove/oven.* Living room has a electric recliners and the TV have Netflix streaming service. Beautifully remodeled and appointed lake home on Lake Tamarack! We tried to create a relaxing, tranquil and peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy as your home away from home. 2 bedrooms are on the main level and 3 bedrooms are on the upper level, in addition to a loft area. There are also 4 full bathrooms in our home, one of the upper bathrooms being a wet room with a luxury large soaking tub. There is also a massive stone gas fireplace to cozy up by when the weather is cool. There is a beautiful outdoor observation counter for viewing wildlife, and the peaceful lake below. Our Community offers walking trails, seasonal pools (fees apply), golfing (fees apply), horseback riding (fees apply) and gated access for peace of mind. We’re also a close commute to Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Amicalola Falls State Park. *Please note that the driveway, like many mountain homes, is steep down to the home, therefore AWD or 4WD is highly recommended*.
