They frequently travel for work and reside here a few weeks in the month. They cannot enter the house you will be occupying and you cannot enter the space they live. We do not have any bedrooms on the main floor & there is a flight of stairs that need to be taken in order to access the second/top floor where the bedrooms are located.There will be no hosts or others sharing the house being rented out. The basement is not a part of this house being rented out. The basement can not be accessed from the interior of the home. The house has a generator and the latest tankless heat water system, never have fear of being without electricity and always have hot water during your stay.Blender & Keurig-style coffee maker with starter pods and tea is provided for all stays. Fireplaces have all been closed for safety. A past incident left the entire house filled with smoke because the chimney damper was not opened when a fire was started. We have since closed access to the fireplaces at the property.The gardens are absolutely lovely and instagram worthy with benches and well manicured pine trees for a peaceful evening after a long day exploring the city.Animal-free zone: This house is an animal-free zone as the host’s elderly mother & caretaker are both asthmatic and highly allergic. We have found deep cleanings are still not able to fully rid the house of animal dander after an animal has stayed.
