This 2-story home – perfect for multiple families or groups of friends – sleeps 12 guests (4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 baths). The sprawling master bedroom features a private balcony, a bonus sitting area with TV, and a pull-out couch. Also upstairs enjoy a living room that opens onto a large deck facing the ocean. The stereo accommodates your classic CDs and cassettes as well as Bluetooth. The downstairs floor has an entertainment-focused living room with an HD TV, gaming (Xbox One), and a DVD player. The grand living/dining area has lots of light and handles a large group comfortably. Enjoy a fabulous meal at the dining room table that seats up to 12, or cozy up on the couches and sit by the gas fireplace. Wall to wall carpeting upstairs and down makes this a perfect shoes-free environment, safe for toddlers and infants. High chair and safety gate on site. Spacious outdoor living space as well, with a wrap-around deck and a 3-burner gas BBQ.Comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. Downstairs, one bedroom is perfect for the kids.
