It’s conveniently located on Route 12 just south of Greene, 11 mi to Binghamton, 43 mi to Ithaca, and 65 mi to Cooperstown or Syracuse. Dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Unique features include exposed barn beams and a garage door in the living space, bringing the outdoors in!This apartment is the other half of a small family owned barber shop. It has a large front porch and outdoor yard area. For baseball lovers, the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame and Dreams Park is a 45 minute drive away.
