In the side yard, under the beautiful oak tree, there is a swing that can be converted into a hammock – it’s a perfect spot to read in the golden sunset in the afternoon. There are lemon trees and roses in the front yard and flowers/red leaves visited by the occasional humming birds in the back yard.Our recently upgraded high-speed Internet service clocks in at a blistering 600MBPS. We also use a mesh network to deliver high speeds across the entire house even in the backyard so you can use a single login to work or play anywhere - without fear of a slow or intermittent connection.The house also has a newly upgraded Heat/Air Conditioning, gas fireplace, DVD player, ironing board, cable with a big screen TV, and a folder filled with vetted local info.
